Browse products, click Add to Cart, then go to your cart and click Checkout. Fill in your delivery details, choose your payment method, and confirm. You'll receive an email confirmation right away.

Yes! You can contact us on WhatsApp at +880 1XXX-XXXXXX to place an order manually. Our team will confirm availability, pricing, and delivery details with you directly.

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it hasn't been dispatched yet. Email us at support@xitakeshop.com.bd or WhatsApp us immediately with your order number. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible — you'll need to follow our return process.

We can modify orders (change colour, size, or address) within 1 hour of placing them. After that, the order may already be packed. Contact us as quickly as possible.

There is no minimum order amount. However, orders under 1500 TK will incur a delivery charge depending on your location.

Yes! All orders over 1500 TK qualify for free shipping nationwide. Orders below 1500 TK have a delivery charge of 60–120 TK depending on your zone.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an SMS with a tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel on the courier's website. You can also contact us with your order number for a manual update.

Yes — we deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh. Delivery times and charges vary by location.

The courier will call you before arriving. If you're unavailable, they'll attempt delivery up to 2 more times. After that, the parcel may be returned to us and you'll need to re-order or arrange re-delivery.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The amount is returned to your original payment method (bKash, Nagad, card, or bank).
