How to Claim Warranty

Keep Your Invoice
Your xitakeshop order invoice is your warranty proof. Keep it safe â digital copies from your email are accepted.

Contact Us
Email support@xitakeshop.com.bd with your order number, product name, and a description of the issue.

Assessment
Our team will assess the issue. For mobiles, you may be directed to the brand's authorised service centre in your city.

Repair or Replace
Depending on the brand's policy, the product will be repaired or replaced. Warranty service is free of charge for covered issues.
Important Notes
- Warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from xitakeshop.
- The warranty period starts from the date of delivery, not order date.
- Warranty is non-transferable â it applies to the original buyer only.
- Opening or repairing the device outside an authorised service centre voids the warranty.
- xitakeshop acts as the liaison for warranty claims; the manufacturer's decision is final.
